As a Lead Consultant - Occupational Therapist with APM WorkCare, you’ll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and help them to reconnect with what matters most.

Job Responsibility:

  • Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges
  • Conduct meaningful vocational and psychosocial assessments
  • Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life
  • Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners
  • Celebrate progress — small wins and major milestones

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Full registration with APHRA
  • Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
  • A current WWCC (Working with children check)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A valid driver’s licence
