Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Requirements Management: Collect and synthesize product requirements from diverse stakeholders (customers, partners, internal teams, industry trends)
  • Balance stakeholder needs with technical feasibility and company strategy to define clear, prioritized roadmaps and requirement specifications
  • Technical Collaboration & Engineering Partnership: Engage deeply with engineering teams to understand technical constraints, evaluate design tradeoffs, and ask informed questions about architecture, scalability, and implementation approaches
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system flows that engineers can act upon
  • AI-Enabled Workflows: Leverage AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, analytics) to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication
  • Demonstrate proficiency in prompt engineering and AI-assisted problem-solving
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong relationships across business, engineering, and leadership
  • Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical teams
  • Facilitate alignment through clear, crisp communication and active listening
  • Agile Product Delivery: Drive iterative development processes by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
  • Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to ensure incremental value delivery aligned with product vision
  • Project Execution: Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
  • Provide regular, transparent progress updates to stakeholders
  • Business Analysis & Design: Conduct requirement gathering sessions, document BRDs, define use cases and user personas, review test cases, and participate in functional testing
  • Act as customer advocate, connecting the team with end users to build empathy and understanding
  • Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate third-party products and solutions, conduct POCs, perform cost-benefit analyses, and assess technical risks
  • Contribute to build vs. buy decisions with data-driven recommendations
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, MS Fabric) to generate insights and reports
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs that inform product strategy
  • Cloud & Modern Tech Literacy: Demonstrate working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle), APIs, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years overall experience with minimum 3-5 years in product/project management, business analysis, or technical consulting roles
  • Experience working in 24/7 mission-critical environments preferred
  • Prior experience as a software developer (full stack, backend) is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience building with APIs, working with databases, and shipping production code is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and modern architecture patterns
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, review code/designs, and challenge technical assumptions constructively
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and platforms in professional workflows
  • Ability to evaluate AI/ML solutions and integrate AI-assisted processes into product delivery
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree in Management, Technology, or related field preferred
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Skilled in presenting to both business and technical audiences, facilitating workshops, and influencing without authority
  • Ability to see the bigger picture, connect tactical work to strategic outcomes, and balance short-term delivery with long-term vision
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to decompose complex problems, identify patterns in data, and make evidence-based recommendations
  • Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive consensus across teams
