This position has physical demands and requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying of up to 50 lbs.
Applicant must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures
Shifts can last between 10-12 hours on event day.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous experience in food service, concessions, hospitality, or retail operations preferred
Prior lead, supervisory, or key-holder experience strongly preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (stadium, arena, restaurant) preferred
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and inventory management

Manage inventory and tracking food, beverage, and supply levels
Oversee cash handling procedures, POS operations, and end-of-shift reconciliation
Address and resolves guest questions or concerns promptly to enhance the fan experience
