Job Description:

Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist role at Wells Fargo involving coordination of servicing activities for commercial products, ensuring customer resolution, and working collaboratively with various business teams.

Job Responsibility:

Lead servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products
Coordinate all aspects to ensure customer resolution
Evaluate and upload data into systems of record
Coordinate resolution of open customer service issues
Serve as primary liaison with Line of Business, Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and Operations teams
Review and negotiate moderately complex loan servicing transactions
Serve as escalation point for client issues
Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics
Identify activities to ensure conformity with established procedures
May lead projects, teams, or serve as mentor
May contribute to strategic initiatives

Requirements:

5+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of LIQ proficiency or equivalent lending platforms
Minimum 5 years of training related expertise (drafting training plans, conducting training courses, defining onboarding milestones)
Minimum 5 years of supervising daily deliverables and performing critical end-of-day check-out
Exposure to and/or experience in Syndication/Participation, trades, and foreign loan originations
Knowledge of loan documentation
Construction loan budget monitoring experience
Title work experience
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively resolve problems and conflicts
Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
