Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to provide training, guidance, and support for commercial loan servicing operations with focus on Loan IQ and syndication services.

Job Responsibility:

Provide training and guidance to less experienced Commercial Loan Servicing representatives
Research, respond to and resolve complex inquiries
Train others on complex loan agency inquiries and servicing language
Coordinate and reconcile all loan advances and payments with member banks and customers
Support loan trading and assignments
Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship
Lead or contribute to customer issue resolutions
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers
Interact with internal customers
Exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

6+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience
Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing
Training or military experience equivalent to commercial loan servicing
Education equivalent to commercial loan servicing experience

Nice to have:

Experience with Loan IQ & syndication
Understanding of financial services and customer support
Knowledge of loan trading and assignments
