The Lead Commercial Excellence Manager, DACH, will be responsible to drive commercial and business excellence within DACH by designing, planning and implementing processes, tools and initiatives to maximize top and bottom-line results. The role will be a critical member of the DACH leadership team, working closely with DACH country manager to develop strategies for optimizing sales. Will work with the cross functional team (Medical, Marketing, Sales and Access) and will analyze and integrate insights from different sources (market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, forecasting, CRM data) to enable decision-making based on facts.
Job Responsibility:
Develop DACH Commercial Excellence Plan which will focus on key priorities aligned with International CE partners
Partner with Sales Leads on KAM performance, customer targeting and selection, KPIs, coverage, market prioritization and Sales Force Effectiveness
Lead and drive SFE/Commercial Excellence culture and philosophy
Drive adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to drive better business decisions and analytics
Strong team working skills within a matrix organization

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in field as outlined in the essential duties
6+ years’ commercial experience, within sales, marketing, ideally commercial excellence, in the diagnostic/pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
Demonstrated implementation of commercial excellence projects with commercial outputs
Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading and coordinating strategic initiatives
Demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Veeva), and their implementation
Demonstrated ability to influence and recommend solutions
Excellent oral and written communications/presentations, results orientation, facilitation and teamwork skills
Advanced proficiency with computer skills (Microsoft Office programs, Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems)
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
