Job Description:

Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM supporting the Baltimore market as part of the Commercial Bank

Job Responsibility:

Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships
Lead structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow and real estate loans
Review and offer full suite of complex solutions to commercial clients
Make decisions in complex situations within Commercial Banking Relationship Management
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers and managers
Drive relationship planning activities
Support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients
Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management

Requirements:

5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services
Completion of formal credit training program
Commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships
Experience identifying and mitigating risk
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to have:

Completion of formal credit training program
Commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM
