Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM supporting the Salt Lake City market as part of the Commercial Bank. The role involves managing complex client relationships, providing financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships
  • lead structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow, real estate loans, and other industry specific solutions within Commercial Banking
  • review, understand, and offer the full suite of complex solutions to meet client needs
  • make decisions in multi-faceted situations within Commercial Banking Relationship Management
  • strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and other managers to resolve client issues
  • drive relationship planning activities
  • support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients
  • partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide feedback for innovation in credit solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
  • completion of formal credit training program
  • commercial banking account relationship management experience for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM
  • demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
  • demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships
  • experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
  • excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
