Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager within our Auto Group for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B as part of the Commercial Bank.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross functional, with broad impact
Act as a key participant in overseeing lending activities for a wholesale banking business and geographic market
Review and research complex multifaceted, large scale, and long term business challenges
Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead projects and teams or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements:

5+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience
4+ years of commercial auto underwriting and franchised auto dealership finance industry experience
Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B
Completion of a formal credit training program
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services such as commercial lending and treasury management
Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
Experience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growth
Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business

Nice to have:

Completion of a formal credit training program
Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
Experience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growth
