Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator. Responsible for credit portfolio management to meet long-term financial objectives and risk tolerance for commercial banking clients. Key responsibilities include supporting team effectiveness, reviewing credit information, financial spreading, leadership, and mentorship activities. Role requires onsite presence from 5PM to 2AM Manila time at 5NEO, BGC, Taguig.

Job Responsibility:

  • support performance and overall effectiveness of team
  • provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
  • review credit information of loans for companies and industries
  • respond to customer inquiries and generate status reports
  • perform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives
  • prioritize work and provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship
  • lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures
  • provide guidance and subject matter expertise
  • spread financial statements of companies
  • prepare projected financial statements
  • interpret and spread financials of different companies
  • perform quality checks of work done by other team members
  • facilitate communication to resolve problems and advance strategies
  • contribute toward achieving team goals
  • act as a coach or mentor to facilitate learning

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent
  • graduate of any business course
  • 5+ years experience in Financial/Credit Analysis for Commercial Accounts
  • strong familiarity with US GAAP and US Financial Statements (10K, 10Q)
  • high attention to details
  • experience working in a Shared Service environment or Financial Institution
  • stakeholders/client management
  • able to multi-task
  • strong analytical skills
  • quick learner
  • ability to succeed in a team environment
  • ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship
  • ability to recognize and escalate to management for any process breaches
