Job Description:

KidStrong is on the hunt for a Lead Coach who can make our center buzz with energy and excitement As our third key, you'll be the role model, the motivator, and the go-to hero for our students and their families.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and develop character for kids walking to 11 years old
Understand the magic behind KidStrongs programs and communicate it with flair
Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills
Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
Keep the team connected and in the loop
Assist in creating and communicating Coach schedules
Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
Step up and lead the center when the GM and AGM are away
Understand what makes our center tick and help maximize performance
Assist in community events and center initiatives
Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center

Requirements:

Passion for helping kids
Coaching background with kids aged 2-11 years old
Comfortable speaking to parents and guardians
High energy and clear, engaging presence
Mentorship skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPR certified or willingness to get certified
High standards
Passionate
Engaging performer
Adaptable
Team player
