Job Description:

As a Lead Cloud Engineer at Rearc, you'll be responsible for fostering trust and accountability within your team. Building and maintaining successful relationships with both engineering teams and customers will be crucial in this role. Job Responsibility:

Understand Requirements and Challenges: Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their requirements and challenges, enabling the development of high-quality enterprise solutions tailored to the needs of Fortune 100 customers
Implement with a GitOps Mindset: Embrace a GitOps mindset and utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, along with languages like Python, Go, Java, or other codified technologies, to build robust and scalable solutions
Lead Project Teams: Take the helm in leading project teams, providing both technical guidance and delivery oversight to ensure the successful completion of initiatives
Mentor Junior Engineers: Share your wealth of knowledge and experience with junior engineers, guiding and mentoring them as they grow in their roles and careers
Promote Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to our vibrant community by writing blogs and knowledge-sharing articles, promoting your personal brand and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, DevOps, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
hands-on experience leading projects to build infrastructure on cloud platforms
extensive experience with infrastructure automation tools and best practices
in-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools
strong understanding of networking and security concepts and best practices
strong strategic and analytical skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
