The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs. throughout your shift
A team-first attitude and flexibility to work at a fast pace
Flexibility, attentive to detail, organized and a self starter
Be able to pass multiple criminal background screens for various customers. (no theft charges or felonies preferred)
Use of a smart phone with data and internet access is needed for training and clocking in
Ability to read, write and communicate the English language
Have a valid drivers license (preferred) with the ability to drive company vehicles
Open availability for Emergency, Weekend and/or Daytime Projects as needed
Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required

Job Responsibility

Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming
Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning
Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping, waxing, and buffing
Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies
Deep cleaning of walls, ceilings, and equipment
Completing general housekeeping tasks as needed
