Job Description:

Lead City Coordinator position for Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves coordinating event operations and logistics in Dublin with coverage of other Irish cities, managing onsite events, and representing the Fever brand.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinating operations and logistics of each event
Liaising with artists and suppliers
Negotiating rates for multiple bookings
Creating schedules and advancing key documents
Booking and training staff through agency staffing partner
Attending weekly project updates
Overseeing inventory for storage solutions
Ensuring Event and Incident Report forms are completed
Researching and attending site visits for potential venues
Managing scheduled event timings as main POC onsite
Implementing production details and company policies
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Encouraging high performance and implementing team improvements
Providing photographs and feedback after each event
Representing Fever brand through professional communication

Requirements:

Ability to travel often to manage events
Based in Dublin with ability to cover Cork, Limerick, Waterford and Galway
Experience in event operations and logistics coordination
Experience in liaising with artists and suppliers
Experience in staff booking and training
Experience in onsite event management
Professional communication and customer service skills
