Job Description:

Candlelight concerts provide a unique sensory musical experience highlighting classical music and other genres, hosted in spectacular locations. Fever seeks motivated individuals to coordinate the operations and logistics as well as manage onsite roles to ensure overall event success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating the operations and logistics of each event
  • Liaising with artists and suppliers
  • Creating schedules and advancing key documents
  • Booking and training staff for events
  • Attending weekly project updates
  • Researching potential venues
  • Managing scheduled event timings
  • Implementing production details and policies
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Filling event/incident reports
  • Providing feedback after each event
  • Representing Fever and Candlelight brands professionally.

Requirements:

  • Travel often to manage the events
  • Local to the Aberdeen area
  • Knowledge of event coordination
  • Ability to liaise with artists and suppliers
  • Experience with managing logistics and operations
  • Ability to manage inventory
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to create schedules and review production details
  • Flexibility for site visits and walk-throughs.
