Job Description

We're growing our Food & Beverage team at Crealy and are looking for a confident, friendly chef who takes pride in producing quality food and running a kitchen to a high standard. You'll be joining a supportive team where menus are developed in-house and where you'll play a key role in delivering great food experiences across both our resort and theme park operations. For the right person, there will also be opportunities to secure a permanent position.

Job Responsibility

  • Cooking our home-cooked pub menu in the Clubhouse Restaurant
  • Preparing fresh dishes for our theme park food outlets
  • Leading and supporting a kitchen team of 2-4 people
  • Daily food preparation and training team members on new dishes
  • Ensuring consistent quality, presentation and portion control
  • Checking freshness, rotating stock correctly and minimising waste
  • Managing stock levels, placing orders and supporting stock takes
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
  • Following food safety procedures and ensuring the team does the same
  • Bringing forward ideas to improve dishes, service and guest experience
  • Supporting special events and seasonal activities across the resort

Requirements

  • Motivated, organised and confident running a kitchen
  • Strong communicator who enjoys supporting and developing others
  • Passionate about food quality and guest satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during busy service periods
  • Able to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • Proof of right to work in the UK (birth certificate or passport)
