Within our Education, Health and Care Plan service, the team plays a vital role in delivering a high‑quality casework function that supports children, young people and their families throughout the EHCP process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with a wide range of professionals to ensure statutory plans are prepared, monitored and reviewed effectively
