Lead Carpenter / Field Foreman

Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up of Bloomfield are growing, and we’re hiring a Lead Carpenter / Field Foreman to lead our crews in the field and set the standard for craftsmanship, jobsite organization, and production pace. This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll be the senior person on site, responsible for execution quality, daily workflow, and keeping projects running smoothly while working alongside the team. We already have a dedicated Project Manager handling scheduling, client coordination, and logistics. Your role is to own the build in the field and ensure every project is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
