Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the procurement of capital goods and assets, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets
  • Conduct market research to source high-quality equipment and machinery
  • Establish long-term partnerships with reliable suppliers for CAPEX needs
  • Manage relationships with suppliers
  • Select and develop new suppliers
  • Executing new Strategies to implement cost savings

  • Technical knowledge of the machinery
  • Sound knowledge of Operational Procurement, Payment terms, Incoterms, Invoice Management, and managing End to end-to-end procurement & P2P activities, Drafting and Executing new Strategies to implement cost savings
  • Understand the Specification
  • Import Policy and duty structure
  • Payment procedure for Overseas capital
  • Spare parts and service supportability post installation
  • Quality inspection gauges and instruments
  • Production fixtures and other critical spares
  • Assist and answer the questions of the Cost Control
  • Update Budget for Procurement
  • Timely get quote
  • Follow and manage the reach of the objectives of the supplier’s delivery
  • Buyer responsible to monitor the Tool management by co- ordinate on yearly audit conduct by the Finance department
  • Make sure VT agreement are made with supplier and record it
  • Support on analysis (for any BM activity , CR activity)
