Job Responsibility

  • Acting as a Key Holder and Following the Basic Opening or Closing Procedures in the Absence of, or to assist, a Manager.
  • Structuring the Shift and Communicating Directions to Sales Agents
  • Reviewing all Sales Associate transactions to ensure transaction accuracy including correct product, quantity, and charges.
  • Acting as the Manager on Duty as Described in Security and Emergency Procedures
  • Dispensing Cannabis and Cannabis Products Following Strict Guidelines to Remain in Compliance with CCC Regulations at All Times
  • Becoming Well-Versed in Metrc and in Using a Point of Sale to Complete Transactions
  • Having an Advanced Expressive Knowledge of Cannabis and Cannabis Products and All the Different Consumption Methods and Storage Requirements of All Products on the Menu
  • Accurately Making Change for Guests and Following Money Handling Protocols to Manage a Cash Till and POS station
  • Providing Upbeat and Charming Yet Efficient Assistance to Guests on the Sales Floor to Help Maintain the Flow of Guests While Providing Optimal Guest Service
  • Keeping the Sales Floor Clean and Organized
  • Communicating About Inventory Levels and Ensuring Consistent Availability to Guests
  • Performing Additional Tasks as directed by the Retail Management team
