Job Responsibility
Led and managed a team of cabinet installers to complete kitchen remodeling projects efficiently and effectively
Install cabinets, including custom and prefabricated units, ensuring precise alignment, secure fastening, and professional finishes
To execute project plans accurately, read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction throughout installation
Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets Kitchen Tune-Up's standards and client expectations
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during installation, making necessary adjustments to maintain project timelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills
Requirements
Proven experience as a cabinet installer or similar role, with a portfolio of completed projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in cabinet installation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods
Experience in kitchen remodeling or related construction fields
Certification or training in carpentry or cabinet making
