Job Responsibility

  • Lead purchasing and procurement activities for multiple projects and operational needs
  • Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Manage purchase orders, approvals, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with operations, facilities, accounting, and project management teams
  • Monitor inventory levels and track procurement budgets
  • Review contracts, bids, and vendor agreements
  • Resolve purchasing discrepancies and vendor issues in a timely manner
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and reporting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience required
  • Prior experience as a Lead Buyer, Senior Buyer, or Purchasing Coordinator preferred
  • Property management, facilities, construction, or real estate development industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and purchasing/accounting systems
  • ERP or property management software experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
