Job Description:

Arcesium is seeking an experienced Strategic Programs Lead to join the Business Operations team within the Client and Partner Development (CPD) organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational scalability and shape strategic business objectives through data-backed governance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant
  • present solutions and recommendations to executive leadership
  • build out operational analytics and intelligence
  • support new GTM motion exploration and pilot programs
  • execute strategic internal projects driving operational improvement
  • own project details
  • identify risks proactively
  • conduct targeted market research
  • produce KPI dashboards, presentations, proposals, and reports
  • support the CPD annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
  • contribute to specific elements within the budgeting process
  • partner with Finance counterparts

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of strategic program management or consulting experience
  • preferably with a background in finance or technology
  • bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or finance/economics with a strong record of academic achievement
  • MBA is preferred
