Lead Business Intelligence Consultant

• Drive BI Initiatives and Planning for cross-functional complex initiatives
• Analyze and Visualize Complex Data to drive user-centric diagnostic analytics and dashboards
• Translate Business Needs to Technical Specifications
• Lead Operational Data Support for data visualization products
• Insight Generation through impactful dashboards for senior leadership
• Design with Data and User Focus to shape final data visualization products
• Lead Projects and Mentor Staff to deliver data and visual outputs
• Promote Data-Driven Culture across the organization
• Drive Change by revising and modernizing existing reports

• 5+ years of business intelligence and data visualization experience
• 5+ years of advanced analytics experience working in large-scale data environments with Power BI or comparable business intelligence platforms
• Proven track record of consulting with senior business leaders to deliver actionable operational insights
• Expertise in data preparation, blending, and automation using tools such as Alteryx
• Experience designing and deploying low-code applications using Power Apps
• Working knowledge of cloud-based data ecosystems, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server including stored procedures and nested queries
• Demonstrated success in modernizing legacy reporting systems
• Experience with agile work management tools including Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge & Experience of WIM LOB is preferred
