Job Description:

Lead Business Execution Consultant role in Enterprise Functions Technology group providing technology solutions for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and other business lines. The role focuses on translating strategy into execution across multiple portfolios and driving operating excellence at scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate strategy into execution across multiple EFT portfolios
  • Lead day-to-day operating routines and mature execution playbooks
  • Drive portfolio outcomes spanning intake, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and stabilization
  • Orchestrate annual planning and in-year replanning cycles
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure executive-ready decisioning
  • Own support functions and day-to-day operating routines across multiple portfolios
  • Lead execution of large-scale strategic initiatives
  • Drive operating excellence at scale
  • Research and assess moderately complex business, operational, and strategic topics
  • Plan and land programs end-to-end
  • Collaborate with Product, CIO groups, Operations, and Finance
  • Design and deliver compelling executive materials
  • Maintain single source of truth for portfolio health
  • Serve as primary liaison for risk and control integration
  • Maintain integrated, cross-portfolio view of milestones and dependencies
  • Coach and upskill matrixed set of program managers/BAs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • 5+ years in program/portfolio execution in complex, matrixed environments
  • Experience tracking multi-workstream deliverables with ability to identify financial/operational benefits
  • Demonstrated ability to align operating models and playbooks across multiple business groups and CIO teams
  • Strong governance design and re-planning expertise
  • Proven impact improving efficiency/quality/cost with capacity management, throughput improvement, and pipeline hygiene at portfolio scale
  • Success translating strategy into executable plans with clear outcomes, guardrails, and change-adoption plans
  • Mastery across execution lifecycle—intake, prioritization, delivery, adoption, stabilization
  • Advanced KPI/OKR and decision analytics skills
  • Executive communication and decision facilitation excellence
  • Credible challenge and early-issue identification
  • Experience embedding risk & control milestones into delivery plans
  • Familiarity with banking/financial services, customer segments, and digital platforms/products
  • Tools: ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence, Power BI, M365
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
