Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead cross-functional teams in strategizing, planning, and executing programs and initiatives. The role involves driving accountability, performing assessments, making complex decisions, and collaborating with business execution teams.

Job Responsibility:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues
Develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations
Facilitate decision making and issue resolution
Support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Deep understanding of CMIRP – Conduct Management Integrated Reporting Platform
Minimum of 3+ years managing cross-functional projects within Conduct Management
Experience in translating domain-specific challenges into scalable project plans and strategic roadmaps within Conduct Management space
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience facilitating workshops, steering committees, and executive reviews
