Job Description:

Lead Business Execution Consultant within the India Business Management team for CIB Front Office. Responsible for owning and running various operational, governance, risk and strategic deliverables across LOBs within the Front Office businesses including Markets, Banking, COO and CRE divisions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies
Perform assessments through fact finding and data
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations
Collaborate and consult with Business Execution team and team leaders
Execute various business initiatives and provide strategic insights
Lead preparation of senior leadership and management decks
Own operational risk and governance practices
Participate in India strategy discussions & projects
Execute cross functional projects / services and initiatives
Develop metrics and track/evaluate performance of programs
Develop executive ready material for business meetings
Engage with partners to conceptualize and drive initiatives
Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
MBA or an advanced degree (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of capital markets industry with a top tier bank and/or project management experience
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of excel & powerpoint
Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience presenting information to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levels
Ability to work in a global team (cross functional across geographies)
Ability to influence and drive cultural change
Experience in translating business strategies into actionable project roadmaps
Proficiency in managing large, multi-year strategic programs
Skilled in resource management, budget management and timeline adherence
Ability to develop and negotiate solutions to issues with partners or clients
Experience in working GCC Banking environment
