Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure quality assurance governance and procedure management.

Job Responsibility:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives
Limit risk exposure and create efficiencies
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data
Develop solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in complex situations
Facilitate decision making and issue resolution
Support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Collaborate and consult with Business Execution team and team leaders
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Quality Assurance governance and procedure management
Develop, write, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and process documentation
Partner with process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs)
Translate complex processes into clear, concise content
Manage document lifecycle governance including version control, approvals, and archiving
Support enterprise-wide alignment of procedures
Manage new transition intakes and assess requirements
Conduct QA reviews of procedures and process changes
Coordinate with audit teams
Implement, monitor, and improve quality assurance controls
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and metrics
Support adherence to key governance areas
Identify risks and recommend process improvements
