Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure quality assurance governance and procedure management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives
  • Limit risk exposure and create efficiencies
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data
  • Develop solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in complex situations
  • Facilitate decision making and issue resolution
  • Support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with Business Execution team and team leaders
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Quality Assurance governance and procedure management
  • Develop, write, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and process documentation
  • Partner with process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Translate complex processes into clear, concise content
  • Manage document lifecycle governance including version control, approvals, and archiving
  • Support enterprise-wide alignment of procedures
  • Manage new transition intakes and assess requirements
  • Conduct QA reviews of procedures and process changes
  • Coordinate with audit teams
  • Implement, monitor, and improve quality assurance controls
  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and metrics
  • Support adherence to key governance areas
  • Identify risks and recommend process improvements
