Job Description:

The FCM team is hiring a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support Global operations Fraud & Claims processes. This role will work with complex business units and provide subject matter expertise, consulting and monitoring of processes, performance, and new initiatives with high risk to identify and mitigate risk, negative customer impact, and financial risk.

Job Responsibility:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Support Global operations Fraud & Claims processes
Work with complex business units and provide subject matter expertise
Consult with LOB leadership and partners to review and develop action plans

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Background in the Fraud and Disputes domain
Experience collaborating with senior leaders across functions such as Analytics, Technology, Finance, and Strategy
Proven ability to engage with business partners at a strategic level
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
