Job Description:

Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Strategic Execution team within the Global Operations Strategic Solutions organization. The team addresses pressing challenges facing Global Operations and specializes in complex problems with wide-ranging impact across the operations space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide strategic consulting services and thought leadership
  • Partner with senior management to define business strategy and create/execute business plans
  • Execute on strategic initiatives and programs
  • Make decisions in complex situations that influence work team
  • Communicate clearly and concisely and distill complex data into messaging
  • Present recommendations for resolving complex situations
  • Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Demonstrated roles in consulting, corporate strategy, or strategy and transformation
  • Experience managing large initiatives and executing results in a complex environment
  • Experience partnering with most senior-level executives across a large, matrixed organization
  • Ability to drive problem solving for complex scenarios
  • Ability to create concise executive-level communications and presentations
  • Ability to lead a team across all organizational levels
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with strong focus on storytelling through PowerPoint
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, ambiguous, and high-demand environment
