Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support Compromised Data, Data Subject Requests and Address Confidentiality Programs. The role involves leading cross functional teams, strategizing, planning, and executing various programs, services, and initiatives. Responsibilities include driving accountability, reviewing strategic approaches, performing assessments, facilitating decision making, and developing appropriate solutions. The position requires independent work capabilities in a dynamic and complex environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Certifications in one or more of the following: Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or other relevant certifications
  • experience with privacy regulations and laws including Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA 501b), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), US state/territory data breach laws and other foreign laws and regulations
  • proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, Data Visualization Tools (such as Power BI and Tableau), as well as MS Power Platforms (including Power Apps and Power Automate) and SharePoint
  • experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools (Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata SQL Assistant or SAS)
  • strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets
  • experience in developing, enhancing, executing, and overseeing control expectations and standards
  • experience in operational risk management, including compliance, financial crimes risk, and risks related to the consumer protection and general banking regulations
  • ability to work independently, prioritize work, meet deadlines, problem solve, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
