Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and provide expertise in implementing innovative business solutions with focus on AI and data analytics in the banking industry.

Job Responsibility:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives and create efficiencies
Perform assessments through fact finding and data to develop solutions
Make decisions in complex situations requiring understanding of business functional areas
Collaborate and consult with Business Execution team and team leaders
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Strong data analytics skills including data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx)
5+ years experience with programming languages (Python, R, SAS, SQL, Java)
Experience training AI models and implementing machine learning algorithms
Hands-on experience with process automation and AI-driven solutions
In-depth knowledge of banking industry, trends, regulatory matters and risk management
Expertise in identifying key operational risks and controls
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Leadership skills with ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to have:

Knowledge of responsible AI practices and understanding of ethical AI solutions
Ability to articulate business strategy and operations
Experience in creating impactful dashboards and reports
Proven track record in data analytics and visualization
