Job Description:

Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Operational Excellence Team as part of the nCino program, supporting Commercial Banking Operations Board and Fund. Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans.

Job Responsibility:

Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex transformation initiatives
Provide vision and direction to senior leadership for implementing business solutions
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making
Present recommendations to develop and implement strategic approaches
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals across multiple lines of businesses
Deliver process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Effectively convey business case story with clarity, relevance and data-driven approach

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Experience in Commercial Banking Operations Board and Fund
In-depth understanding of the banking and financial services industry
Data Analysis proficiency
Process Management Certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking)
Experience working with all levels of management
Proven ability to meet expectations in fast-paced environment
Experience leading peers without direct reporting responsibility
Experience leading functionalization models
Proficiency in data analysis and tools/software like excel and SQL
Experience gathering/analyzing/interpreting data
Experience developing and implementing strategic plans
Extensive experience in developing business case funding
Strong Project Management & Risk Management tools
Extensive experience leading complex programs

Nice to have:

Process Management Certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking)
Proficiency in SQL
Experience leading functionalization models
