Job Description:

Lead Business Execution Consultant role supporting COO Functions Delivery group at Wells Fargo, responsible for strategy execution, business operations, coordination across corporate services teams, and driving strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support COO Business Office Manager as central coordination point for Corp Services teams
  • Design & drive leadership planning sessions for strategic initiatives
  • Create framework and report on key program metrics
  • Monitor and track BUR cadence for Corp Services leader
  • Standardization and harmonization of processes across functions
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and data requests
  • Represent COO functions delivery group in I&P COO Business Forum
  • Central coordination for support groups across Corp Services
  • Support I&P legal entity initiatives
  • Proactive risk management and internal controls
  • Support strategy execution for Corporate Services Delivery Executive
  • Coordinate global delivery planning for COO functions
  • Facilitate progression of ideas to business cases
  • Support financial monitoring and reporting
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across Wells Fargo
  • Create reports and processes to monitor operational performance
  • Establish service performance measures
  • Drive improvements in policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Experience in strategy, planning or business operations
  • Last 2-3 years in roles with executive interaction
  • Experience with in-house centers in Banking/Financial Services domain
  • Drive for results in impacting business outcomes
  • High degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness
  • Takes ownership for responsibilities and risk management
  • Keen eye for detail, ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Influencing skills and working effectively in a matrix
  • Prioritization and time management
  • High degree of comfort with Data, Reporting, Analytics
  • Exposure to process improvement and quality frameworks
  • Strong MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with in-house centers in Banking/Financial Services domain
  • Process improvement and quality frameworks experience
