The Physical Security Product within Corporate Security aims to provide an environment that inspires trust and confidence in the Wells Fargo brand through enabling protection for customers, employees and assets and ensuring the bank can operate confidently in a dynamic physical risk landscape. The Physical Security Delivery Lead is a key role within the Product team that partners closely with the Product Manager to ensure customer‑focused physical security capabilities are delivered effectively, sustainably, and in alignment with agile principles, enterprise change standards, and product strategy. This role plays a critical connective function across product owners, technology, operations, and corporate security stakeholders—supporting the flow of work from ideation through delivery and into sustained operations. The Delivery Lead helps the Physical Security product mature by enabling consistent intake and prioritization practices, strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, and embedding change management into normal product planning. By fostering trusted relationships and guiding teams through change impacts, the Delivery Lead supports the evolution of the product team into a stable, high‑performing, and increasingly autonomous group.
