Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives, with focus on PowerApps/Power Platform development.

Job Responsibility:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Write, Execute test scripts and document results
Write user stories from requirements using SDLC formats
Gather and condition test data for both Development and UAT
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities
Review requirements and build the test scenarios/test scripts with minimal supervision
Work with product owner and business teams and perform testing, help with test coordination, defect reporting etc
Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents
Facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products
Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes

Requirements:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Overall experience with at least 5+ years in PowerApps / Power Platform Development
Experience in building automation workflows using Power Automate
Proficient level understanding and working experience on Power Platform
Proficient Level experience in design and develop custom business apps (Canvas Apps, SharePoint Form Apps, Model Driven Apps)
Proficient Level experience in Dataverse along with strong database relationship knowledge
Proficient Level experience in Dataverse Security Roles App and Columns level

Nice to have:

Experience in building automation workflows using Power Automate
Proficient level understanding and working experience on Power Platform
Proficient Level experience in design and develop custom business apps
Proficient Level experience in Dataverse along with strong database relationship knowledge
Proficient Level experience in Dataverse Security Roles App and Columns level
