Lead Business Execution Consultant - Contact Center Data Product & Transformation

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic programs that enhance contact center data capabilities
• Drive accountability and efficiency across initiatives while managing risk and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of data support functions and overall business performance
• Conduct data-driven assessments to solve complex problems and develop actionable recommendations
• Make informed decisions in complex scenarios, facilitate issue resolution, and support implementation of strategic solutions
• Collaborate with Business Execution teams and leadership to advance key initiatives
• Mentor and guide junior team members in strategy and execution

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Proven experience in data strategy, reporting, and change management within large organizations
• Strong background in contact center operations and business execution
• Experience managing large-scale transformation programs or projects
• Familiarity with Wells Fargo product management and process engineering
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and testing
