Job Description:

Lead Business Execution Administrator role focusing on Access/Infosec management at Wells Fargo. The position involves supporting team performance, implementing strategic plans, performing complex administrative tasks, creating security reports, conducting application reviews, and building reporting capabilities for Commercial Banking business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving processes
  • Implement strategic plans and makes changes as necessary
  • Perform complex administrative transactional and operational tasks
  • Ensure that projects operate with maximum efficiency
  • Provide subject matter expertise to less experienced staff
  • Provide leadership to the team
  • Create reports that include Information Security risk data
  • Develop report template and identify complex security issues
  • Conduct High Risk Application/Entitlement review
  • Maintain metrics for each application reviewed
  • Analyze entitlement definitions
  • Create interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI
  • Track Commercial Banking Access entitlements, Compromised Data events
  • Review various entitlements and data sources
  • Evaluate and interpret information security policies
  • Perform continuous organizational evaluation of end users
  • Proactively identify, communicate, mitigate, and escalate risk
  • Handle diverse Projects in Operational Risk and Controls
  • Build a high-performing reporting capability

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Administrative Support or Business Support experience
  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  • Knowledge on Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx and Python
  • Strong understanding of access control principles
  • Knowledge and a broad background in Commercial Banking
  • Good understanding of Operational Risk and Process Risk and Controls
  • Multi-task to accomplish tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
  • Proficient in reporting and presentation skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
