This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy based in Manchester, where your expertise in building safety will directly support high-profile clients across the construction and property sectors. As a Lead BSA Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and applying the Building Safety Act 2022 across a diverse range of projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead on the interpretation and implementation of the Building Safety Act across multiple projects
  • Support clients in discharging their duties under the new legislation
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Develop compliance strategies and contribute to wider risk and governance frameworks
  • Represent the business at industry forums and working groups relating to building safety

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Lead BSA Advisor or similar regulatory role
  • In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act and associated secondary legislation
  • Background in construction, architecture, building surveying, or compliance
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory experience
  • Relevant qualifications such as Chartered Membership of IOSH, RICS, CABE, or CIOB are desirable
