Job Responsibility:
Own and evolve the visual identity across digital, social, print and in-store environments
Lead creative direction for campaigns, product launches and cultural activations
Deliver social-first, motion-led content across platforms like TikTok and Instagram
Create assets across packaging, retail, events, CRM and digital channels
Build scalable design systems, templates and toolkits
Manage multiple projects and collaborate across marketing, social and external partners
Brief and oversee freelancers, agencies and production partners
Requirements:
Extensive experience across brand, motion, digital and print design in house or with an agency with a focus on youth, music and fashion industry
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand ownership across static and motion work
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) + AI softwares
Experience designing across multiple formats including social, packaging and retail
Strong conceptual thinking and creative judgement
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
