Arthur Lawrence is looking for a Lead Brand Ambassador one of our clients in LaGuardia Airport, NY. Schedule: Shift-based (7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–1:00 AM), including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Role Overview: We are seeking a confident and organized Airport Brand Ambassador Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced airport environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily curbside operations, managing staff performance, coordinating with airport stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The position combines leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in team leadership within brand ambassador programs, airport operations, event management, retail, or similar high-traffic environments
  • Proven experience managing teams of 6 or more employees
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and scheduling systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs

Nice to have

  • Experience in airport, transportation, hospitality, or event operations environments
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus
