Lead BIM Modeler/Technician

• Layout, coordination, design and detailing of mechanical, electrical and plumbing assemblies for commercial, industrial and healthcare buildings
• Lead Coordination efforts among multiple disciplines
• Generates creative solutions
• translates concepts and information into images
• uses feedback to modify designs
• applies design principles
• demonstrates attention to detail
• Able to perform work and job function with precision and accuracy
• carefully monitors processes
• concentrates on details and organizes and maintains a system of records

• 3+ years of experience
• Proficient experience using AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks Manage
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
• Ability to work closely with engineers and project managers
• Technical degree or Bachelors degree in applicable field required

Navisworks Manage experience highly preferred
