Job Responsibility:
Lead and supervise the bartending team to ensure consistent service excellence and adherence to all operational standards
Assist with training and mentoring bartenders to foster skill development and cohesive team environment
Create and maintain a seasonal cocktail menu, ensuring alignment with club culture and member preferences
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation, to maintain cost controls and minimize waste
Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations
Provide an engaging and hospitable atmosphere for members, offering expert knowledge on cocktails, spirits, beer and wine
Uphold all standards for the proper service of alcohol as set forth by Legends Hospitality and TABC regulations
Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of bartending experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
Current TABC and Food Handler’s certifications
Proven experience in menu development and crafting signature cocktails
Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverages, including production processes, regions, and tasting notes
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills
Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management
Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to work in a team environment
High level of attention to detail and organization
Strong leadership skills
Nice to have:
Bilingual in Spanish
Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or membership-based establishment
