Job Responsibility

  • Train and mentor coffee shop team members
  • Order supplies, create schedules, and complete other leadership admin duties
  • Providing counter service to guests through taking verbal requests for food and accommodating the expediting of such requests
  • Have the ability to describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods
  • Accommodate guest orders, anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Assist with daily inventory and ordering and stock food and beverage and paper supplies

Requirements

  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Previous coffee, tea knowledge required
  • Strong commitment to service
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
