Job Responsibility
Train and mentor coffee shop team members
Order supplies, create schedules, and complete other leadership admin duties
Providing counter service to guests through taking verbal requests for food and accommodating the expediting of such requests
Have the ability to describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods
Accommodate guest orders, anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Assist with daily inventory and ordering and stock food and beverage and paper supplies
Requirements
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Previous coffee, tea knowledge required
Strong commitment to service
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
