Job Description:

Designs and develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Evaluates new technologies, frameworks, and tools to determine their suitability for the organization's architectural needs
Contributes to the development and enforcement of architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices
Contributes to the development of reusable architectural components, frameworks, or reference architectures
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and develop architectural solutions that align with business requirements
Creates and maintains architectural documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents
Reviews and ensures that architectural solutions comply with governance frameworks, security requirements, and industry regulations
Collaborates with stakeholders to gather architectural requirements
Provides technical expertise and guidance to development teams, architects, and stakeholders
Architect and develop solutions for highly scalable, highly available systems
Provide architecture services for highly integrated and high performing AEM solutions
Responsible for creation and integration of solution using AEM
Translate complex functional, technical and business requirements into architectural designs
Lead and Involve in Planning and estimations of Adobe projects across all tracks
Provides guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members

Requirements:

7-10 years work in Content Management Space
3-5 years with Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe Products
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Bachelor's degree
Expertise in AEM capabilities including Multi-site manager and the use of Online marketing components such as advanced targeting/personalization, and multi-variate testing
Experience on one or more other Adobe marketing cloud products like Tag Manager, Target, Analytics, AEM Forms, Adobe Communities
Strong hand on experience of Components, Templates, Taxonomy, metadata management, Forward and Reverse Replication, Workflows, Content Publishing and unpublishing, Tagging, Deployment and Content migration/ planning

Nice to have:

Adobe Certifications
Hand-on experience implementing solutions using Gen AI
Master degree in Computer Science
Preference to experience with implementing Gen AI within Martech Space
