Job Description:

Lead Architect role within COO Technology supporting Corporate Properties and Physical Security Technology aligned to the Chief Administration Office. This role will lead various build outs of IoT and edge computing across Wells Fargo facilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex IoT and Edge Devices
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas
  • Translate advanced technology experience and business objectives into technical engineering solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative business solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Architecture experience
  • 4+ years of engineering experience in IoT & OT (Operations Technology), edge computing and building management systems
  • 4+ years of Corporate Properties and physical security systems experience
  • 4+ years of information technology design experience including systems, applications, or architecture in IoT / Edge computing
  • 3+ years of experience in network designs and proficiency in cyber security standards and network architecture for critical infrastructure (NIST SP 800-23, 8259 Series)
  • 3+ years of experience and strong understanding of cloud platforms - AWS, GCP, Azure

Nice to have:

  • Experience in financial services industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Experience with Architecture and Design of enterprise systems
