Lead Analytics Consultant in Human Resources as part of the Conduct Analytics & Reporting (CAR) team within Conduct Management at Wells Fargo

Develop a comprehensive test automation suite utilizing Selenium and Playwright frameworks
Leverage and enhance the existing automation framework while mentoring and enabling team members
Conduct secondary reviews of both database and non-database products
Participate in enterprise-wide strategies to resolve highly complex problems
Measure and communicate data quality status and improvements
Produce evidence of quality checks and process that are auditable
Align process with CAR and Enterprise governance guidelines
Collaborate across people, processes, and technology/tools within a highly intensive data environment
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
Coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
Negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Participate in complex projects involving advanced analytics and modeling techniques

5+ Years of Test automation using Selenium or Playwright
5+ Years of Java or Python experience
3+ Years of Jira
5+ Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of SQL experience
3+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
3+ years of BI Reporting tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI preferred)
3+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
3+ years of experience with System Integration Testing (SIT)

Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
3+ years of Teradata experience
3+ years of SAS experience
1+ year of Big Data experience
1+ year of BSA/AML experience
3+ years of experience in data quality and best practice design concepts
2+ years of data management experience including data modeling, data integrity and data quality
Experience with SharePoint development
Experience with GitHub
ISTQB Certification
