Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant for the Shared Services Operations new analytical and reporting framework. This role involves partnering with teams on business performance analysis, applying statistical and predictive analytics, driving optimization initiatives, and presenting results to senior management.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with teams on development, production and delivery of business performance results
Analyze historical performance and future trends
Apply statistical and predictive analytics to identify patterns and inform decision-making
Partner with stakeholders to drive ongoing business optimization initiatives
Present results to senior management
Partner on design and Implementation of different models and AI use cases
Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects
Advise line of business on business strategies based on research of performance metrics
Provide influence and leadership in identification of new tools and methods to analyze data
Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations
Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews
Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements:

5+ years of Analytics experience
Strong technical expertise in Power BI, Fabric, Alteryx, SQL, and Python
Proven experience in a consulting role with strong track record of delivering successful projects
Exceptional communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Expert-level proficiency in MS Office including Power Point
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
