Job Description

Work on subjects surfaced by the guild, with the mission of introducing as much AI as possible into development processes, alone or with senior Engineer from the Guild. Co-build the AI roadmap with the CTO, then own its execution. Make technical recommendations and prioritize subjects — final validation stays with the CTO. Produce POCs and internal tooling, not product features. Collaborate continuously with guild developers via a weekly call and ongoing integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer — React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript
  • AI specialist: strong command of Claude via the Anthropic API and AWS Bedrock
  • Able to build autonomous agents, workflows, and POCs
  • Data knowledge is a strong plus (Linear extraction, ticket optimization, etc.) — not a hard requirement
  • Monorepo architecture experience — already identified as a roadmap subject
  • Genuinely passionate about AI and agentic tooling, independence, proactivity, and a high sense of responsibility
  • English close to C1 or higher
  • France time-zone, with the ability to come to the office 2 days every 2 months

Nice to have

Data knowledge is a strong plus (Linear extraction, ticket optimization, etc.) — not a hard requirement
