Lead AI + Fullstack Engineer

• Work on subjects surfaced by the guild, with the mission of introducing as much AI as possible into development processes, alone or with senior Engineer from the Guild
• Co-build the AI roadmap with the CTO, then own its execution
• Make technical recommendations and prioritize subjects — final validation stays with the CTO
• Produce POCs and internal tooling, not product features
• Collaborate continuously with guild developers via a weekly call and ongoing integration

• 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer — React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript
• AI specialist: strong command of Claude via the Anthropic API and AWS Bedrock
• Able to build autonomous agents, workflows, and POCs
• Data knowledge is a strong plus (Linear extraction, ticket optimization, etc.) — not a hard requirement
• Monorepo architecture experience — already identified as a roadmap subject
• Genuinely passionate about AI and agentic tooling, independence, proactivity, and a high sense of responsibility
• English close to C1 or higher
• France time-zone, with the ability to come to the office 2 days every 2 months

Data knowledge is a strong plus (Linear extraction, ticket optimization, etc.) — not a hard requirement
