Job Description

As bsport scales, operational efficiency becomes a strategic lever, not just a cost concern. We're creating this role to lead the intelligent automation of our internal processes, with a clear mandate: deploy agentic AI systems that meaningfully reduce manual workload, streamline team structures, and sustain the quality bar our customers expect. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position sitting within the Operations. You will own the AI automation roadmap end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to shipping production-grade agents and work directly with team leads to redesign workflows around what machines do best.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, BizOps, or process engineering
  • Proven track record of designing and shipping automation workflows in production
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
  • Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and no-code/low-code orchestration tools
  • Strong analytical skills — you model impact before you build, and you measure it after
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels
